Insurance Participation

Dr. Robert Lenfestey and Dr. Richard Hauser are pleased to be listed as participating providers with the following insurance plans:

If your insurance is not listed above, please contact them directly to verify participation.

• Patients with non-participating insurance plans will be required to pay in full at the time of the visit. As a courtesy, an initial filing of the claim will be done, with benefits assigned to the patient.



• Our office will file secondary/tertiary and Medigap claims for participating insurances ONLY. If your secondary/tertiary or Medigap insurance is a non-participating plan, you will be responsible for filing a claim to that plan.



• Piedmont Foot & Ankle Clinic no longer accepts new primary Medicaid or Carolina Access Medicaid patients.
